Without any notice, SC Concept MSG Trade SRL may remove or add any information on the site, discontinue any activity or content  from the site archive.

Registering

Using the VioletaGaburici.ro  site, you agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about yourself, as requested in the registration section as a user.

By registering as a member you will have to choose an username and a password. You are responsible for safekeeping a password as a member of this site, any activity carried out under your username is entirely your responsibility.

Information on products and delivery

Please be aware that, the color of the products that you see on this site, depends on your monitor use.

We are not responsible for possible color differences: between what you see on your monitor and the product itself.

It is possible that at some point, some products may not be available because the time between the  order placement and when your order is accepted, the stock may change. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and you will not be charged for it.

We reserve the right to change the selling prices of the products presented on this site, when deemed necessary. Prices on VioletaGaburici.ro site, have VAT included.

Orders through the  VioletaGaburici.ro website are processed from Monday to Friday between 9-18. When processing your order, you will be contacted to confirm your data. Shipping package will be made only after your order confirmation. If, within 3 working days to process your order by SC Concept MSG Trade Ltd, we have not your confirmation from you, then the order is canceled.

In terms of delivery, there may be extreme cases, the courier company to wander your package. In this case, if the products ordered are in stock, they will be shipped immediately. If one or all the products ordered are not in stock, you will refund the money.

SC Concept MSG Trade SRL is not liable to any person or company for any kind of damage (direct, indirect, incidental or otherwise) arising from the use or inability to use the information presented on the site, any errors or omissions in the content that may result in any losses.

Any dispute arise between company and customers sought to be resolved amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In case this is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions shall apply in this area and dispute resolution will be on the competent Romanian courts.
